All Bandana's pork, beef, chicken and ribs are specially prepared over a pit of select hardwoods to create our signature smoked flavor. This slow cooking process - 14 hours for pork butts and special beef cuts, 5 hours for ribs and chicken - makes the meat tender and tasty, and gives it a reddish color known as a "smoke line".

As a brand-new start up in the area, many will not be aware of our brand and offerings. If we were open today, we would offer delivery and curbside pickup, but we would not be able to offer in store shopping
During the Covid-19 pandemic, our opening will not be like others. We will not be able to invite people into our storefront to truly experience what we offer and explore the meals available. We will not be able to have an opening launch party, inviting members of the community, media and Chamber Ambassadors to join with us as we celebrate our grand opening.
